The Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire one strong, reliable employee to join our team. This role is for someone with welding, fabrication, or mechanical experience who can contribute right away to our projects. While future hires may be entry-level and focused on training, this position is for someone who already has some foundation of hands-on skills and wants to step into something bigger than just a job.

What We’re Looking For

  • Welding, fabrication, or mechanical repair experience (mobile/field repair a plus)
  • Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to teach and support others
  • Sober or in active recovery—this is non-negotiable for the integrity of our mission
  • Alignment with our purpose: creating opportunities and building a culture of trust and accountability

What You’ll Do

  • Perform welding and fabrication work in the field and in-shop
  • Assist with heavy equipment, machinery, and mobile repair projects
  • Support the team with setup, teardown, and safe operation of tools/equipment
  • Contribute to a culture of purpose-driven work and mentorship
